Payment, Fees and Taxes

We accept PayPal payments. You can pay directly with your PayPal account. You can also choose other payment methods to complete your purchase and pay with a credit card or Apple Pay. In this case, you do not need to have a PayPal account. Please note that for orders shipped within the United States, no additional taxes or duties are charged. For orders from countries outside the United States, you may need to pay import taxes and arrival taxes. Since customs policies vary greatly from country to country, please contact your local customs office for more information.

Shipping and Delivery

All items will be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Our store offers three shipping methods:

Standard Free Shipping

Sent by ordinary mail in cooperation with the official postal service of your country, by priority registered air mail. We will provide a tracking number.

Items shipped to EU countries will be delivered within 5-10 business days. Items shipped to the United States and other countries outside the European Union will take 7-15 business days.

Priority Shipping (US customers only)

HLP, UPS or other courier services. The delivery time is about one week (4-6 business days). We offer this service to US customers only.

Price: $5.00.

DHL Express Delivery

Items will take 2-4 business days to be delivered to any country in the world via DHL Express delivery service. Please leave your phone number as the courier may contact you before shipping.

Price: $25.00.

Warranty and Repairs

Madelyn Martinez proudly guarantees the quality of all its products. If the item is defective in terms of materials, stitching and closures, we will replace or repair it within 1 year after shipment. Shipping costs are also included. If the item is defective due to misuse or wear, it can be repaired for an additional fee. All shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Personalized Items

Please note that we do not accept custom or personalized items! Thank you.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you would like to return an item you have purchased, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. We only accept items in unused condition. Items should be in their original packaging. Please be careful with the materials in the packaging to prevent them from deforming.

Sorry, we are unable to refund shipping costs. All return-related costs are at your own expense.
